March Guest Artist, Renate Kuprian
A beloved art teacher at Sonoma Valley High School, Renate Kuprian is exhibiting her own paintings/mixed media pieces. Kuprian, based in Santa Rosa and originally from Merano, Italy, brings a European perspective and deep connection to nature to her work. She earned a B.A. in Art with a minor in Art History from Sonoma State University and has exhibited widely in the United States and in Italy and Germany. In addition to her studio practice, she is a dedicated educator and the founder of a summer art camp at Summerfield Waldorf School.
